Dave Jenks has trained and consulted with thousands of top real estate agents during the past 25 years. He is co-author of the best-selling books The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, FLIP: How to Find, Fix, and Sell Houses for Profit, and SHIFT: How Top Real Estate Agents Tackle Tough Times.
Until December 2008, Dave served as vice president of research and development with Keller Williams Realty International, where he helped run top agent mastermind groups and delivered mega agent training. Dave is currently a Keller Williams market center owner in Canada, Las Vegas and Utah, and is partnering to expand ownerships in New York and Connecticut.
Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty in 1996, Dave was president and CEO of Century 21 South Central States, based in Dallas, Texas. He has been in the real estate industry since 1981, has served as an instructor for the Dale Carnegie Institute and owned a training company called The Leadership Connection.
Born in the city of Niagara Falls, Dave was raised in western New York. He graduated from the State University of New York at Albany (now the University at Albany) with a Bachelor of Science. in math and physics. He later earned his master's degree in educational administration from Colgate University and did doctoral postgraduate studies in educational psychology at Michigan State University.
Dave is a self-proclaimed "futurist on a free enterprise mission." He currently lives in White Plains, N.Y. He is the proud father of three and grandfather of nine. He loves music (especially bluegrass and guitar), travel, reading, writing, hiking, weight - training and golf.
