Holly Perry began her real estate career in 1983, marketing and selling residential properties for the prestigious and award-winning master planned community, Las Colinas.  After being recognized for her marketing expertise, and recruitment to greater positions within the real estate industry, Holly was enticed to attend a Quantum Leap Bootcamp.  As a result, in 1999 her passion for residential real estate was reborn and Holly joined Keller Williams as the Team Leader for the Dallas Metro North Market Center. She built that Market Center from 27 to over 200 agents.

In 2005, she had the opportunity to live out her life-long dream and move to Vail, Colorado to open a Keller Williams market center which she then grew to 95 agents. In 2007, Jay Papasan gave her the fabulous opportunity to become the Millionaire Systems Team Leader at the Keller Williams International office. Holly's passion to help other Team Leaders took over and she gladly made the move. Along with her duties as Team Leader for Millionaire Systems, Holly is presently part of the KW master faculty, a MAPS coach, and Operating Partner for the Denver West Market Center.

Holly has incredible enthusiasm and is a natural leader and motivator offering insight through her wide range of expertise in both residential and commercial real estate.
